After a decade of providing grant money to researchers the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM) has dolled out 2.5 Billion dollars to test many alternative medicine techniques like acupuncture, Gingko biloba for memory, Echinacea  for colds, etc. What they found is fascinating … 99% of these “treatments” are no better than placebo.
