Just saw this and think it’s been a long time coming, I just hope it gets people out and around to some of these parks.

Basically, it’s a six-part series that is dedicated to the national parks past and present. Ken Burn’s has done some of the best documentaries in the past decade ranging from World War II to the History of Jazz. All of them are shot amazingly well and tell a great story.

Too often these days people don’t stop and look past the cities, suburbs, and wal-marts to see some of the best things left our world has to offer.
